王良虎，字添翼，号凯风，祖籍安徽安庆。当代著名书法家，高级书法师，享受国务院特殊津贴。书法大师王学仲教授的关门弟子。

中央美术学院书法系、中国美术学院书法系客座教授，俄罗斯国立艺术研究院名誉院长，瑞士皇家艺术学院终身院士，中国书法家协会会员，上海市书法家协会第六届主席团成员、草书专委会副主任，上海榜书研究院名誉院长，世界华人书画家收藏家协会名誉会长，央视CCTV高清晰综艺娱乐频道书画艺术顾问，教育部书法教材编委会副主任，中国文联艺术指导委员会顾问等。

中国教育电视台“水墨丹青杰出艺术人物奖”，中国书法家协会“优秀书法家”，中宣部“兰亭终身成就奖”，中央文史研究馆“最高人文社会科学奖”等奖目。

被中国文联、全国党校授予“50年党龄艺术楷模”，中国书协“优秀书法家”，中南海国礼中心“特聘国礼艺术家”，“中国知识产权文化大使”、”中国传统艺术（非遗）传承人”、“联合国非遗艺术传承大使”，“国际中国公益事业大典形象大使”、2021年11月被央媒组委会授予“百城百家颂百年著名书法家”荣誉，2022年官方推荐《人民书画家》，2023年被外交部授予“中国外交艺术形象大使”，被国家文化和旅游部授予“国家文艺泰斗丰碑奖”等荣誉称号。

曾先后在法国、英国、美国、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、乌克兰、日本、韩国、泰国、匈牙利、新加坡等国家以及在全国政协大礼堂、北京荣宝斋美术馆等场所举办书法作品展，在世博园、北京徐悲鸿纪念馆等场所举办作品联展。

创作的草书系列与榜书糸列两项著作权获得国家版权局著作权保护。2021年以书法作品《中国梦》亮相首都机场、高铁站，恭贺全国人民新春吉祥。作品“中华腾飞”收录在东方圣城孔庙圣地。其多幅作品在纽约时代广场大屏幕上精彩播放。多幅作品曾多次搭载“神州”系列飞船上天。另有诸多作品被人民大会堂、军事博物馆、国家图书馆、外交部等机构以及国外首相、大使等名人收藏。
